The Helix Elite Collection, like all Helix mattresses, includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty. In order to comply with our warranty, your Helix Elite mattress must be used with the proper support base beneath. You must use either a solid platform bed or a slatted foundation with thick, wide slats and no more than 5.5 inches of space between each slat. Traditional box springs cannot be used with your Helix Elite mattress.
