The Helix Elite Collection includes a 15-year warranty. Our mattresses are handmade by skilled professionals in our Arizona facility, ensuring they are made with the highest quality materials and care. In order to comply with our warranty, your Helix Elite mattress must be used with the proper support base beneath. You must use either a solid platform bed or a slatted foundation with no more than 5 inches of space between each slat. Traditional box springs cannot be used with your Helix Elite mattress.
