If you're within your 100 Night Sleep Trial (and passed the break-in period) and would like to try out a different mattress model, please fill out this form by:

- Selecting the appropriate reason under Why are you returning?
Please include your order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email!
NOTE: Helix does not offer a direct exchange program. Only two (2) mattresses may be returned per customer or household. See our return policy here.
Helix has two options for how you can return your current mattress for a different size or model:
Option 1. Complete a pickup for your original mattress > be fully refunded > order a new mattress:
- If you prefer this option, please let us know and we can begin the pickup process for you immediately. Note: If you financed your order through one of our partners, this option may be best for you as your payment plan may need to be refunded before being able to finance a new mattress.
Option 2. Order a new mattress > have your first mattress picked up when the new mattress ships or is received > be refunded:
- This choice ensures you always have a mattress to sleep on. Please don't worry about your old mattress being picked up within your 100 days, this email was received during your trial, therefore initiates your return. Feel free to order your new mattress at your leisure. However, we do need you to respond within 7 days of receiving this email to move forward with this process.
- Once you receive your shipping notification reach out to us again and we'll kick off the pickup process for your original mattress. We'll schedule a donation or junk partner to pick up your mattress at your convenience.
NOTE: We're unable to guarantee same-day delivery and pickup; new mattress orders are currently taking 1-2 weeks to ship. Helix is not able to provide direct exchanges on a mattress.
