Your Helix Mattress is gently compressed, rolled, and put in a box that’s about the size of a bag of golf clubs for easy shipping! Packaging dimensions are 47” x 16” x 16”, and we ship via FedEx Ground direct from the manufacture to your home. Please note FedEx drivers are not required to bring mattresses up or down steps and may leave your package on the ground floor or with a doorman if they are unable to deliver directly at your door.
