Our recommendation is to select a weight that is around 8-12%+ of your bodyweight. We've included a guide below:
10 lbs (Bodyweight: Less than 125 lbs)
15 lbs (Bodyweight: Between 125-200 lbs)
20 lbs (Bodyweight: Over 200 lbs)
If you are in-between sizes, we recommend selecting the lower of the two weights.
