Every Helix mattress includes a 365 night sleep trial and each mattress topper includes a 120 night sleep trial. The trial period on each item will begin on the day of delivery.
Our base options come with the 30-night sleep trial, which begins on the date of delivery by our shipping provider. Sleep accessories, including mattress protectors, mattress encasements, pillows, wedge pillows, sheets, duvets, and any other soft good accessories must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Applies only in the US & Canada: Because we do not ship products outside of the United States and Canada, the sleep trial applies only to customers located within those two countries. If you remove your Helix product from the United States or Canada, its sleep trial will be voided and it will be ineligible for return or refund.
