Yes! The Helix Elite mattress is covered by our 120-Night Sleep Trial, just like all Helix mattresses. Your trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered, giving you plenty of time to experience it in the comfort of your own home.
We recommend giving your body at least 30 nights to adjust to your new mattress, as it can take some time to settle in. If after this break-in period the Elite still isn’t feeling right, you’ll have the remainder of the 120-night window to either exchange it for a different Helix model or return it for a full refund.
Both options are simple and hassle-free — we’ll arrange a pickup of your mattress and handle the rest.
