You'll receive your mattress in two separate boxes: one for the encased support base and one for the comfort insert.
Setting it up is a breeze! Just unzip the top cover of the support base, place the comfort insert inside, and zip the cover back up. That's all there is to it!

We offer two convenient delivery options at checkout — you can choose the one that works best for you:
White Glove Delivery — Starting at $219
Includes in-home setup of your new mattress (and base, if needed), plus removal of your old mattress and packaging. White Glove Delivery is provided through our trusted partner, Ryder, and is available within the contiguous 48 US states.
Standard Delivery — Free (Except to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada)
Ships via FedEx directly to your door.
How White Glove Delivery works:
- Once your items are ready, we’ll ship them to Ryder’s delivery network.
- Ryder will contact you to schedule a delivery and setup appointment (typically 7–15 business days after your order is placed).
- On delivery day, Ryder will send a notification when their team is about 30 minutes away.
- The delivery team will bring your items inside, set them up in the room of your choice, and remove any old mattress and packaging.
Please note:
- White Glove Delivery must be selected at checkout — we are unable to add or remove this option after an order is placed. White Glove Delivery services are not eligible for promotional discounts. The price of your service will be reflected in full in your cart at checkout.
- If your order includes bedding items like mattress toppers, sheets, pillows, or protectors, these will ship directly to you and will not be included in the White Glove Delivery process.
- For health and safety reasons, items that are stained, soiled, or have visible contamination may not be eligible for haul-away.
