Note: This guidance is specific to our complimentary toppers (which attach to the mattress with straps that go underneath and are 1.5" tall for the plush version or .75" tall for the firm version). It does not apply to Elite comfort inserts, which are sometimes also called "toppers" but are actually inserted into the mattress and zipped up.
Here's what you need to know about washing your complimentary topper:
- For the complimentary Plush Topper, you're in luck—it's machine washable! Just be sure to use a mild detergent and a gentle cycle with cold water. When you're ready to dry it, use a low or no-heat setting.
- For the complimentary Firm Topper, please do not machine wash it. Because it contains a foam layer, it's best to spot-clean any messes with a mild detergent.
