We offer two convenient delivery options at checkout — you can choose the one that works best for you:
In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder — Starting at $219
Includes in-home setup of your new mattress plus removal of your old mattress and packaging. White Glove Delivery is provided through our trusted partner, Ryder, and is available within the contiguous 48 US states.
Standard Delivery — Free (Except to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada)
Ships via FedEx directly to your door.
How In-Home Setup & Removal works:
- Once your items are ready, we’ll ship them to Ryder’s delivery network.
- Ryder will contact you to schedule a delivery and setup appointment date once they receive your order
- On the day before delivery Ryder will provide an estimated arrival window.
- On delivery day, Ryder will send a notification when their team is about 30 minutes away.
- The delivery team will bring your items inside, set them up in the room of your choice, and remove any old mattress and packaging.
If your order includes bedding items like mattress toppers, sheets, pillows, or protectors, these will ship directly to you and will not be included in the White Glove Delivery process.
Please note:
In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder must be selected at checkout — we are unable to add or remove this option after an order is placed.
In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder services are not eligible for promotional discounts or refunds once the service is completed. The price of your service will be reflected in full in your cart at checkout.
Pricing starts at $219 and varies based on the items in your order. To see your exact price, add your items to the cart and select In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder before checkout. If you decide not to add the service, you can switch back to FREE FedEx delivery or remove items from your cart at any time.
The Madison Bed Frame is not eligible for In-home Setup & Removal by Ryder.
