How do I file a warranty claim?
We’ll guide you through the process and keep it as simple as possible. Submit a request through our form (Returns, Exchanges & Replacements → I need a Replacement) or email us at warranty@helixsleep.com
What information should I include?
For mattress claims, we’ll ask for a few quick photos to help us assess the issue:
- Close-up of the area of concern
- Full view of the mattress (no bedding)
- Photo of the base or foundation underneath
This helps us make sure we’re resolving things the right way from the start.
What happens next?
Once we receive your information, our warranty team will review everything and follow up with next steps—typically within 3 business days. Our goal is simple: get you back to sleeping comfortably as quickly as possible.
