1. Browser extensions may be interfering (MOST COMMON)
Some browser extensions (like coupon finders or ad blockers) can prevent discount codes from applying correctly. If that’s the case, try disabling the extension or checking out in a different browser.
2. The code may have expired
Some promotions are only available for a limited time. If your code has passed its expiration date, it won’t apply at checkout. You can always check our website to see what current offers are available.
3. It may only apply to certain products
A few of our promotions are specific to select mattresses, bundles, or accessories. If your cart includes items outside of that promotion, the code may not work.
4. Only one promotion can be used at a time
Our checkout allows one discount per order, so codes can’t be combined or stacked.
