Mulberry's plan is designed to cover a wide range of common accidents. However, it's important to know what isn't included in the coverage.
Here is a list of what Mulberry doesn't cover:
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues like a tear that happens due to a defect in the material are typically covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not the Mulberry plan.
- Issues Outside the Home: Damages that occur when the product is not in your home are not covered.
- Acts of Nature: Things like fires, floods, or other natural disasters are not included.
- Pest-Related Damage: This includes damage from mold or bed bugs.
- Repetitive or Chronic Damage: The plan covers single incidents, but not damage that has accumulated over time, like repeated stains or damage from the same cause.
- Expired Plans: Claims must be submitted before your plan's coverage period ends.
If you have any questions about a specific issue, we recommend reaching out to the Mulberry team directly through their customer portal.
