If Affirm isn’t appearing during checkout, there are a few common reasons this can happen:
Your cart total may be below the required amount
For purchases under $150, limited payment options may be available, which can prevent Affirm from showing.
You may be in Shop Pay checkout
Affirm doesn’t always display within the Shop Pay flow. If you’re on the Shop Pay screen, scroll to the bottom and select “Checkout as guest” to return to the standard checkout page where all payment options appear.
A U.S. phone number is required
Affirm is currently limited to customers with a valid U.S. phone number and billing information.
Browser or session issues
Saved sessions, autofill, or certain browser extensions can affect which payment methods load. Refreshing the page or using a private/incognito window can help.
If you still don’t see Affirm after trying these steps, feel free to reach out via chat and ask to be connected to a sleep specialist — our team is always happy to help you review your checkout options.
