All Helix products are shipped via FedEx Ground from our facilities across the US. Each item in your order will ship separately and you will receive separate tracking for each item once they are completed in production.
If you selected In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder at Checkout, any mattress or foundations will ship directly to our partner Ryder first who will contact you to arrange delivery.
If your order includes bedding items like toppers, sheets, pillows, or protectors, these will ship directly to you and will not be included in the In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder process.
