All Helix products are shipped via FedEx Ground from our facilities across the US. Each item in your order will ship separately and you will receive separate tracking for each item once they are completed in production.
If you selected In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder at Checkout, any mattress or foundations will ship directly to our partner Ryder first who will contact you to arrange delivery.
The box dimensions are 76” x 9.5” x 10.5”. The Twin /Twin XL is 31 lbs, Full 42 lbs, and Queen-CA King is about 45 lbs.
