All orders will ship to your home via FedEx Ground unless In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder was selected at checkout.
Orders shipped via FedEx
Helix mattresses and mattress toppers are made to order, so they require a short production time before shipping. Production usually takes 3–5 business days, or 5–7 business days during peak times. For the most accurate estimate, check the product page for your specific item.
Transit times vary depending on your shipping address but are typically 2–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
Items in your order may ship separately. As each one leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with FedEx tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Orders with In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder
If you selected In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder at checkout, your mattress or foundation will first ship to our delivery partner, Ryder. They’ll contact you to schedule your delivery and setup appointment — typically 7–15 business days after your order is placed. Please note that you will not receive FedEx tracking notifications for items that ship directly to Ryder.
If your order also includes bedding items like toppers, sheets, pillows, or protectors, those will ship directly to you and won’t be part of the White Glove Delivery process.
