Once an order has been placed, Helix does not have the ability to delay production or shipping on your products.
After an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You are welcome to click here at any time and check the status of your order. Just enter your email address and order number (HXS-XXXXXX).
Once your items have been completed in production, you will receive an estimated delivery date via FedEx. If any items are scheduled for delivery too early for your preferences, you can click here to use the FedEx Delivery Manager program to request a hold on your packages.
