Unless In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder was selected at checkout then your mattress (and foundation if applicable) will ship directly to you via FedEx.
All of our packages that are sent via FedEx Ground are sent without the need for signature confirmation. However, your FedEx driver reserves the right to hold the package until a signature is obtained in the event they are not confident they can release your package safely.
If you selected In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder at checkout then someone over the age of 18 will need to be present to accept and sign for delivery.
