If your order status shows Order Received, it means we’ve successfully received your order and it’s either:
In production (for made-to-order items like mattresses and toppers), or
Waiting to be packed and shipped (for items like frames and foundations).
For FedEx shipments, your order status will update once FedEx picks up your package from our facility and it’s officially in transit. At that point, you’ll also receive an email with your FedEx tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
If you selected In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder at checkout, your mattress or foundation will ship to our delivery partner first. Once Ryder receives your item(s), they will contact you to schedule delivery.
