If your items are shipping directly to you via FedEx, you can track the status of your Order from our My Orders page. Enter your order number (ex: HXS-XXXXXX) and the email address you ordered under.
When your order ships you'll receive an email with your FedEx tracking information.
If you ordered In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder at checkout your mattress (and foundation if applicable) will first ship to Ryder. Ryder will then contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
