• Mattresses – 120-Night Sleep Trial
Every Helix mattress comes with a 120-night trial, giving you plenty of time to adjust and make sure it feels right for your body. If it’s not the perfect fit, our Happy with Helix program offers easy exchanges, returns, and upgrades to help you find the mattress that works best for you.
• Foundations & Frames – 30-Night Trial
Foundations and frames include a 30-night trial, so you can confirm they provide the support and setup you want. If something isn’t working, our team can help guide you toward the right replacement option.
• Sleep Accessories – 30-Day Return Window
Accessories—such as toppers, protectors, encasements, pillows, wedge pillows, sheets, duvets, and other soft goods—can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This allows you to try them at home and make sure they enhance your comfort and overall sleep experience.
Where the Return Policy Applies
Our trials and return policy are available to customers in the United States and Canada. If a product is taken outside of these regions, the sleep trial becomes void and the item is no longer eligible for return or refund.
