As part of our Happy with Helix program, if your mattress isn’t the right fit after giving it a fair try, we make the return process simple, flexible, and completely free.
• Free, Hassle-Free Pickup
When you decide to return your mattress, we’ll arrange a pickup with one of our trusted removal partners. We cover all pickup and return costs—there are no fees for returns made within your trial period.
• Flexible Scheduling
Pickup timelines vary by location, but we’ll work with you to find an appointment that fits your schedule. Most returns are completed within 3 weeks of the initial request. All pickups must be completed within 45 days after your 120-night trial ends to remain eligible for a refund.
• Full Refund Once Removed
As soon as we receive proof that your mattress has been picked up, we’ll issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
If you’re within your trial (and past the 30-night break-in period), you can initiate a return or exchange by filling out our form:
