As part of our Happy with Helix program, every mattress comes with a 120-Night Sleep Trial so you have plenty of time to make sure it’s the right fit. Because it can take a few weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress, we ask that you keep it for at least 30 nights before requesting a return.
If your mattress still isn’t feeling quite right after giving it a fair try, we offer easy exchanges, returns, and even upgrades to help you find the perfect fit. And if you ultimately decide a return is best, you can do so anytime within the 120-night trial. (Please note: we allow up to two returns per household.)

Select the reason for your request and include your order number (found in your order confirmation email).

Foundations and frames include a 30-night sleep trial, starting the day they’re delivered.
Sleep accessories—including mattress protectors, encasements, pillows, sheets, duvets, wedge pillows, and other soft goods—can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
