If you decide to return your mattress we'll arrange for it to be removed by one of our removal partners. We do our best to donate mattresses to local charities or recycling partners so they aren't wasted, but depending on your area, they may be junked instead.
The timeline for returns varies by your location. Once we receive proof that your items have been removed, we'll issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
If you're in trial (and passed the break-in period) and would like to initiate a return, please fill out this form by:
